P-Minus
Terms

The deal between us

These are the rules of using P-Minus. We have written them to be read, because terms nobody reads protect nobody, and a person working on something this private deserves to know what he has agreed to.

Last updated 10 September 2026

The short version

You must be 18 or over. What you write stays yours, and we do not read it against your account. P-Minus is a self-help program and not medical or psychological treatment, so it does not replace a doctor, a therapist or a scholar. You can stop and delete everything whenever you want. We can close an account that breaks the rules below.

Everything after this says the same thing at greater length, and adds the parts a short version cannot carry honestly.

Who you are agreeing with

P-Minus runs p-minus.com and the P-Minus mobile app from Pakistan. When these terms say we or us, that is who they mean. Using the website, joining the waitlist or creating an account means you accept them.

Write to [email protected] about anything here. Registered address: Registered address to be confirmed.

Who can use P-Minus

You must be 18 or over to use P-Minus or to join the waitlist. Creating an account or joining the list is you confirming that you are. This is a condition of use, not a suggestion, and it is the one rule here with no exceptions.

We do not verify your age beyond asking. If we find that an account or a waitlist entry belongs to someone under 18, we close it and delete the data held under it. If you think a child is using P-Minus, write to [email protected] and we will act on it.

Your account

One account belongs to one person. Give us an email address you actually control, since it is how you sign in and the only way we can reach you. Keep your access to it to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has got into your account.

We have no support lookup and no way to read your writing back to you, which is a deliberate part of the privacy design and also a real limit. If you lose access to your email address, we cannot recover the account behind it.

What P-Minus is not

P-Minus is a structured self-help program. It is not medical or psychological treatment, nothing in it is a diagnosis, and no score tells you that you have a disorder. If you are struggling in a way that needs professional help, see a professional. We are not one.

It is not an emergency service either. If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line, not this app.

The program draws on Islamic psychology, and we are not a religious authority. Nothing here is a ruling, and where a question of religious law matters to you, ask someone qualified to answer it.

What you may not do

  • Let anyone else use your account, or use someone else’s.
  • Write another person’s private information into the app.
  • Copy, resell or redistribute the program content, or pass it off as your own work.
  • Try to break into the service, read other people’s data, or test our security without asking us first.
  • Scrape the site or the app, or run automated traffic against either.
  • Use P-Minus to do something illegal where you live.

If you break these, we may suspend or close your account. Where the breach is minor and fixable, we will tell you what the problem is before we do anything drastic.

What you write stays yours

Your inventories, your answers and your notes belong to you. We are not claiming ownership of any of it. You give us only the permission we need to run the program, which means storing what you write, showing it back to you, and counting answers across many accounts for academic research in the way the privacy policy describes. That permission ends when you delete your account.

Counts already folded into a research aggregate cannot be pulled back out, because by then they are numbers with no account attached. That is the one thing deletion cannot reach, and the privacy policy says so too.

The program itself, the writing in the lessons, the design and the P-Minus name stay ours.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is not a purchase and not a promise of a place. We open access in waves and we cannot tell you when your turn comes. We have not fixed a price, and nothing on the list guarantees one. Ask us to take you off it and we will.

There is nothing to pay for yet

P-Minus is not selling anything today. When that changes we will publish the payment terms before the first charge, and we will email anyone on the waitlist rather than letting them find out at a checkout screen.

Stopping

You can stop using P-Minus whenever you want. Deleting your account deletes your inventories, your answers, your lapses, your ratings and your feedback with it. There is no notice period and nothing to cancel.

We can close an account that breaks the rules above. We can also stop running P-Minus altogether, and if we do, we will give you notice and a way to take your writing with you before anything is switched off.

What we promise about the service

We will run P-Minus with reasonable care and skill. We are not promising it will always be available, that every feature will work on every device, or that the program will produce a particular result for you. Recovery is not something software can guarantee, and we are not going to pretend our app is the exception.

We may change how the program works as we learn what helps. If a change removes something you were relying on, we will say so rather than let it disappear quietly.

What we are responsible for

If we break these terms and that causes you loss, we are responsible for loss that follows in the ordinary way from the breach. We are not responsible for loss we could not have seen coming, for a decision you took because of something the program said, or for a failure caused by your device, your network or your app store.

Nothing here limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not let a company sign away.

The law that applies

We are in Pakistan, so these terms are governed by Pakistani law and a dispute goes to the courts of the city where we are registered.

That does not take away consumer rights you hold at home. If you live in the UK or the European Economic Area, the protections your own law gives you as a consumer still apply, and you can still bring a claim in your local courts. A governing law clause cannot sign those away, and we are not trying to.

When these terms change

If we change them, we change this page and move the date at the top. If the change matters to you, and we have your email, we will email you about it rather than expecting you to check.
